We carefully craft each personalized pet photo product with premium materials and precise printing — our one goal is 100% satisfaction for every pet parent.

We take pride in delivering durable, vibrant, and heartfelt items that celebrate your pet.
Every hoodie, t-shirt, Hawaiian shirt, slipper, mug, and gift is made with love and attention to detail.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described/shown, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery — we’re here to make it right. 📩🐶


🛡️ Our Quality Guarantee

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective (manufacturing or printing issue)
  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, design, or wrong item sent)
  • Materially different from the product description and images

…we’ll happily replace it at no extra cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Replacements are usually processed faster; refunds are issued within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).


Order Cancellations

Because most items are custom-made (especially those with your pet’s photo), production starts quickly to ensure fast delivery.
Cancellation policy:

  • Before production begins: Email us with your order number — full cancellation and refund (free of charge).
  • After production starts: A $15–$30 restocking/processing fee per item may apply (depending on the product), as materials and time have already been used.

Highly personalized items (photo prints, custom names, etc.) are generally non-cancellable once production has begun.


💵 Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method, minus:

  • Original shipping fees (non-refundable in most cases)
  • Any restocking/processing fees (if applicable)
  • Discounts or promotions applied to the order

Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days (may take longer depending on your bank/payment provider).


⚠️ Important Notes

  • All sales become final after 30 days from the delivery date unless covered under our quality guarantee.
  • Items returned due to buyer’s error (wrong size chosen, change of mind, incorrect address) are eligible for **store credit only** (minus shipping/restocking fees) — no cash refunds in these cases.
  • We do not accept returns on final-sale items (clearance, heavily discounted, or deeply customized products where applicable).
  • Petzify.co reserves the right to update this policy. Any changes will be posted here.
