🔔 Tracking & Notifications
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
We also send automatic updates — please keep an eye on your inbox (and check the spam/junk folder too!).
International shipments may take 2–5 days after dispatch for the first tracking scan.
Packages often transfer to your local carrier, which can result in fewer online updates.
Delays sometimes happen because of:

🏠 Shipping Address & Delivery Notes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship exactly to the address you provide.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear addresses.
Once the order has shipped, any changes (rerouting, holding at facility, etc.) are handled directly by the carrier and may involve extra fees or risks we cannot cover.
Many carriers leave packages at safe spots like:
- Front door or porch
- Garage or side entrance
- Apartment mailroom / concierge
Please pick up your package promptly to prevent theft. Once marked as delivered, missing packages are generally not eligible for refund or replacement.
