4. ⏳ Order Processing & Shipping

Custom orders are typically processed within 3–8 business days, depending on the item, order volume, and photo verification needs. Production starts after payment is cleared.
✔️ Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and on product pages.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other external factors.
✔️ Shipping Address
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
✔️ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once the carrier marks a package as Delivered, delivery is considered complete.
We are not responsible for theft after delivery, loss in transit after handover, or damage caused by the carrier (though we will assist with claims where possible).

- Cancellations: Allowed before production starts (full refund); fees may apply after production begins
- Returns/Refunds: Accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (quality issues only)
- Change-of-mind returns on non-defective items: Eligible for store credit only (subject to restocking fees)
